The highlight is its SerVue touchless refrigerated slide-in, which is a featured recipient of the 2023 Kitchen Innovations (KI) Awards. At this NRA Show, Vollrath previews the SerVue Touchless Ambient Countertop dispenser, which provides a convenient way to offer a variety of snacks. Both the refrigerated and ambient models use sensors to automatically dispense the desired amount of food from self-contained canisters to replace the open-air design of a traditional salad bar. From added food safety to portion control and labor savings, the unit adds efficiency for operators and impresses guests with its innovative practicality.
