Economically-priced coated line provides excellent baking and nonstick results
SHEBOYGAN, WI - Nonstick sheet pans are not just for cookies anymore. Vollrath’s new line of nonstick and perforated nonstick sheet pans easily remove proteins and starches, along with sweets and baked goods. Designed for baking operations up to 450◦ F, the coating provides excellent wear and durability properties. The nonstick sheet pans pay for themselves over and over in commercial kitchens by significantly reducing labor costs.
These new pans join a family of Vollrath sheet pans made in America and known for even heat distribution, durability, dent resistance and easy cleaning properties. The full and half size sheet pans are constructed of 18-gauge aluminum, while the quarter-size is made of 16-gauge aluminum. The full size, half size and quarter-size pans also have an optional, clear snap-fit polypropylene cover designed to allow easy viewing and 90-degree stacking rotation.
