Vollrath Acquires Assets of Albers Mechanical Contractors, Inc. to Expand Custom Fabrication Capabilities

Sheboygan, Wis. – The Vollrath Company announces the acquisition of strategic assets of Albers Mechanical Contractors, Inc., based in St. Paul, Minn. With over 23 years of experience operating in the foodservice marketplace, Albers expands Vollrath’s high-end custom fabrication capabilities and capacity for its Serving Systems and Components division. This includes a selection of adjustable breath guards and custom refrigeration components as well as added millwork and installation capabilities.
