District Sales Manager - Georgia & Alabama

We are seeking an individual for the position of District Sales Manager in Georgia & Alabama. This individual's goal is to further both the short term and long term interests of The Vollrath Company, L.L.C. consistent with the company’s strategic plan. DSMs’ evaluation will be based on their overall sales results and meeting the objectives listed below and those on the Quarterly Review Matrix. Particular emphasis is to be on equipment and new item sales. Dollar and percentage growth versus prior year and measured against plan both dollars and versus plan will be evaluated.


District Sales Manager - Houston

We are seeking an individual for the position of District Sales Manager in Houston. We are seeking a individual for the position of Human Resources Generalist.This position is responsible for the staffing and success of the facility workforce. The HR Generalist will be managing and integrating human resource programs across the facility to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. This includes recruitment, selection, employment, orientation, promotions, discipline, development and terminations.

They prepare and instrument equipment for testing and conduct tests in a safe manner in accordance with documented test procedures.

Trade Show & Event Coordinator

We are seeking an individual for the position of Trade Show & Event Coordinator. This person is responsible for producing positive brand experiences that increase brand equity and contribute to our growing reach through events and event marketing, while integrating business objectives and measurement tools to maximize ROI. This role includes planning and managing logistics for industry trade shows, channel partner meetings and customer events as well as internal sales and marketing conferences. This requires both a tactical expert who can manage to efficiently produce events on schedule, within budget and with the goal of maximizing participation for the greatest return on investment. Assists with other marketing duties as required.


Director of Sales – Smallwares & Countertop Equipment

We are seeking an individual for the position of Director of Sales - Smallwares & Countertop Equipment. This person leads a team of Regional and District Sales Managers as they drive profitable sales growth for the foodservice business through operators, dealers and other foodservice channel partners and end users. This role is responsible for planning, directing and executing the company’s short and long-range sales strategy in support of the Vollrath Company’s strategic plan.


WMS/TMS Business Analyst

The Vollrath Distribution & Logistics team relies on sound process design, system-driven workflows, continuous improvement and performance management for all aspects of its operations. The Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) Super User will support the main DC and supporting shipping locations by providing WMS/TMS application support and business logic for system configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement in support of leadership’s goals and objectives. Coordinate the application development of WMS/TMS and associated working methods in order to fulfill the business needs and user satisfaction. Ensure WMS/TMS and associated IT equipment are available, well-configured and maintained. Implement system enhancements to increase efficiency, decrease operational costs, increase quality and smooth out operational processes.
